Terms of Service
Last updated 21 September 2026
These terms govern your use of the Proxima Labs website, API and data (the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to them.
The Service
Proxima Labs provides on-chain analytics, anomaly detection and market signals through an API. Features, coverage and delays depend on your plan and may change over time.
Accounts and API keys
You are responsible for keeping your API keys secret and for all activity under them. Keys are for your organisation's internal use and may not be shared, resold or redistributed.
Payment
Plans are billed yearly in advance and paid in cryptocurrency. Access begins once payment is confirmed on-chain. Fees are non-refundable except where we agree otherwise in writing.
Acceptable use
Don't attempt to bypass rate limits, reverse-engineer the Service, or use it for anything unlawful. We may suspend access for misuse.
No advice, no warranty
Signals and data are provided "as is" for information only and are not financial advice. See our risk disclaimer. We don't guarantee accuracy, completeness or availability.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Proxima Labs is not liable for trading losses or indirect damages, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the previous twelve months.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept them.
